You know what makes me happy?… Chocolate Chip Cookies.

I have a little something called a sweet tooth and it usually happens in the evening after dinner.  I always crave something chocolaty and sweet and wanted to share with you my favorite and healthy Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe, they are really yummy and most importantly dairy and gluten free and low in sugar.

Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe


1 cup almond butter
3/4 cup Organic Coconut Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla exctract
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
3 ounces Nestles Toll House dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheets and spray a little butter.
In a bowl stir together the almond butter, organic coconut sugar, vanilla extract, egg, baking soda, sea salt and chocolate chips.  Mix the ingredients together until it’s moist and blended.
Drop rounded tablespoons or if you have fun cookie cutters and place onto lined cookie sheets.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until you see the cookies turn lightly brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool.

Have a glass of Almond Milk with your cookies and enjoy!
